Well, a cold front moved through and I have seen quite a few pictures of snowy parts of the country so I would say it is just about Winter! In spirit if not by the calendar. This week let's look at some wintry-inspired items!

Black Icelandic Lamb Combed Top - 2 ounces of very soft fiber lovingly hand combed by Cody. Hand processed thel - which rivals cashmere in softness - has a staple length of 3-4 inches and is lustrous and airy. This combed top will spin into a beautiful yarn. $4
My goodness the last few weeks of this year seem to be flying! I am still battling tendonitis which has really limited my knitting. It's going on 2 months now and it's frustrating, I really miss making. I've managed to knit here and there for small amounts of time but no where near what I usually do.
Just for fun
For the last few years, Google has released a short video called The Year in Search. It's a snapshot of what the world searched for online and I have found them to be very moving. This year is no different.
